We are a friendly school (which is part of the Hornchurch Academy Trust) and we are looking for an enthusiastic, suitably experienced person to work in our busy school office as part of a team (starting 19th February 2018).

The Assistant will be requried to carry out a variety of administrative tasks. For example, to cover Reception, answer the phone. photocopying, filing and general administrative duties.

The successful applicant must be able to work flexibly and be able to prioritise tasks, whilst dealing with pupils, parents, staff and visitor enquiries.

Do you have:


- Good communciation skills

- A friendly and polite manner

- Experience of Microsoft Word and Excel

- Experience of general office duties


- Experience of SIMS (training will be given)
