Blue Coat is a successful and oversubscribed school in the heart of the city of Coventry. As a Christian school our intake draws from both the local area and across the city and surrounding areas. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and lively person to join the school’s team of support staff, to effectively manage the school’s detentions system, assist in the planning of school events, support reception, undertake administration tasks for school trips and carry out other administration duties as required.
We are looking for someone who:
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Has exceptional administration skills and can prioritise workloads
Is flexible and can adapt to changing situations in this very demanding role
Has a high level of knowledge and thorough understanding of ICT and software packages
Experience of using SIMS is desirable but full training will be given
Proven administrative/reception experience
First Aid Certificate or be willing to be trained
