Due to stable growth our team are now looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join our Focus School Hindhead Campus on a part-time 0.6 basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a forward thinking, highly motivated individual to join an organisation who genuinely seek to promote excellence in education. 

The successful candidate will also provide support for all exams throughout the campus, including timetabling, invigilator recruitment and results processing. We are seeking candidates with exceptional administration and organisational skills, as Exam Officer training will be considered for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage the administration and organisation of all aspects of internal assessments and external examinations in accordance with the regulations laid down by the awarding bodies
  • Support with exam entries; SEND access arrangements; timetable production; exam day running; invigilator recruitment, training and scheduling; results processing, certificate distribution and data collection; correspondence with awarding bodies e.g. standardisation and moderation
  • To input and manage pupil reporting 
  • To support the production and maintenance of the curriculum timetable.
  • To collate and report student assessments
  • To administer any compliance issues such as policies; Single Central Register; DBS and Employment checks; Census returns

Key skills

  • Well organised with the ability to schedule and deliver complex logistical solutions
  • Self-motivated and works with minimal supervision on a day to day basis 
  • Discreet trustworthy with confidential information 
  • Stays calm under pressure and able to prioritise
  • Works to a high degree of accuracy
  • Flexible, able to respond to immediate changing circumstances
  • A knowledge of SIMS or databases is a distinct advantage
  • High level written communication essential
  • Ability to build and sustain professional relationships
  • Awareness of General Data Protection regulations desirable

About OneSchool Global UK Hindhead Campus

Welcome to OneSchool Global UK Hindhead Campus. Established and registered in 2003 as the ‘Three Counties Education Trust’ in Farnham, Focus School Hindhead moved to its current location in September 2008 and is now well-established in its new premises.

Our school is located in Surrey on the edge of an area of outstanding natural beauty known as the Punch Bowl. Hindhead is the highest village in Surrey enjoying wonderful views and beautiful scenery. We have excellent communication links being just minutes from the A3 to London and the South.

Hindhead Campus pursues a programme of ongoing development and improvement, resulting in well-proven levels of educational achievement. It has a strongly Christian ethos. As a registered examination centre, Hindhead Campus gives pupils and students the opportunity to fulfil their potential with a high standard of learning being reflected in the excellent results achieved in nationally accredited examinations. Special Educational Needs are well provided for by specialist staff using accepted therapies.
