We are looking for a skilled individual to support our current team working under the PA to the Principal, Office Manager and HR as an Admin Assistant. You will support the team in providing an efficient and effective administration service including reprographics service to the academy and its staff, maintain a good general knowledge of the academy’s systems and manage and organise work of a confidential and complex nature, with considerable tact, diplomacy and a high level of commitment, customer care and flexibility.

Hours for this role are 36 hrs p/w ~ term time only + 10 Days [40 weeks]

The successful candidate will have a good general level of education including competence in literacy and numeracy, excellent communication, numeracy and computer skills and experience of computer-based database record systems. 

Ideally, we would prefer you to have a minimum of 2 years clerical/administrative experience including contact with a range of customers/clients and a relevant administration qualification (NVQ L3 and or ECDL) but this is not essential.

Park Academy West London is a new school for a new age, an 11-19 academy, based in Hillingdon Middlesex who joined Aspirations Academies Trust, from 1st September 2017.

Park Academy West London has a close working relationship with the Aspiration Academies Trust’s other academies in London. These are Rivers Academy West London, which was judged ‘Good’ in its recent Ofsted report, Space Studio West London, which specialises in space, aerospace, science and maths and, in the primary sector, Oriel Academy and Oak Hill Academy.
