Job overview

About the role: We are seeking an experienced, computer literate Administrator with excellent organisational skills to join our team, starting as soon as possible. You will be responsible for the provision of high-quality administration to the Inclusion and Safeguarding Teams. This will include taking accurate minutes of Safeguarding and Child Protection meetings, maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity.​​​​​​​


To be successful the candidate will need to have:

  • Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • The ability to work to deadlines.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Previous experience in a similar role in a school would be desirable.


Other duties to be carried out by our appointed candidate include answering internal and external calls for the Academy, dealing effectively and professionally with callers at all levels, process messages to staff and students via voicemail, written communication, email, or if necessary to personally deliver urgent messages to staff/students. Therefore, candidates need to be organised and hardworking as this is a busy role within the academy.


This is a permanent opportunity offering and actual salary of £18,418 based on 35 hours per week, Term Time only. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
