About 

Smart Teachers is currently recruiting for an Administrator for a good secondary state comprehensive school in the Royal Borough of Greenwich. This Administrator position is required for an ASAP start and the successful candidate will be required to work full time.  


The role

• Administrator

• Full time

• £90 – 120 per day

• Assist in the creation, maintenance and upkeep of the school’s risk register

• GDPR admin – logging breaches, maintaining register of third-party compliance

• To produce correspondence and reports for staff members as require

• To assist in updating student records as required

• To deal with enquires from a wide range of people (including staff, students, parents, and external agencies) by telephone, letter and in person

• To undertake first aid training and administer first aid as required. To complete accident forms in accordance with school procedures

Requirements

Smart Teachers is looking to recruit an Administrator who:

• Has previous school-based office experience

• Is a good team player with ability to work well with colleagues

• Can be resourceful under pressure and ability to prioritise a demanding workload

• Has excellent organisational and time management skills

• Has excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships at all levels

• Has good knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages
