The role

Administrator required support for Sixth form and Performing Arts in Turnham Green, West London. 

• ASAP start

• Full time 

• PAYE - £70 to £100 

• Set up and maintain efficient office systems within the Sixth Form Office, including manual and computerised information retrieval systems

• Take notes in meetings

• Administer school’s admissions procedures for the Sixth Form

• Create and distribute Sixth Form admission letters

• Liaising with staff at all levels with confidence and success

Requirements

To be considered for this Administrator position, you will:

• Excellent use of Excel and creation of spreadsheets including the use of formulae

• Excellent ICT skills

• Use of databases and data inputting

• Strong academic background 

• Eligible to work in the UK (must have valid visa)

• Recent classroom-based references and valid DBS/police checks
