Working Hours/Weeks: 22.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year

Shakespeare Primary School is looking to recruit 2 experienced, hardworking Administrators to join the busy school office, working 3 days a week 8.00am – 4.00pm.

Administrator candidates should:

  • Have excellent administrative and organisational skills
  • Have an ability to use their own initiative and work under pressure
  • Have good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Be calm, positive and confident in liaising with all colleagues, pupils and outside agencies
  • Have the ability to work as part of a team

There are 2 Administrator positions currently available, working the patterns outlined below:

Position 1 – Monday, Tuesday and Friday

Position 2 – Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
