Hours:  Monday to Friday 21 hours per week, mornings preferred

Loreto High School Catholic 11-16 mixed comprehensive school.  Currently there are around 750 pupils on roll.  The school has a strong leadership team and management structure with a focus on raising standards. The Governing Body of Loreto High School wish to appoint an Administrator to work as part of our team.  The successful candidate will be responsible for updating our school data base and provide administrative support and will work operationally alongside PA to Headteacher, SLT, students and their parents and external agencies to promote whole school customer service. 

 Duties will include  

•Updating SIMS, school database 

• Dealing with telephone queries in a proactive manner 

• Reception Cover 

• Deliver First aid to staff and students 

• Coordination of trips and events 

• Support the PA to Headteacher with administrative and organisational duties as directed  

You will have a proven track record of building relationships in a working environment and with the wider community.  You will share our commitment to safeguarding. Candidates who have previous experience of working in a school together with SIMS knowledge preferred.  A non school background will be considered but must be able to demonstrate an administration background with strong customer service skills.

The above post will be subject to enhanced DBS checks and satisfactory references.  Successful candidates will be required to undertake first aid training if necessary.
