An experienced and highly organised administrator is needed to support our newly appointed Director of Pastoral Care, responsible for safeguarding and pastoral care across the school.
In addition to providing general secretarial and administrative support, this key post acts as the first point of contact for parents and supports the work of the Parents Guild. Other duties include organising safeguarding training and issuing communications relating to PE, medical or pastoral matters. Maintaining accurate records and working within data protection and confidentiality requirements is an important aspect of the role.

You are likely to be a graduate and must have excellent organisational skills, with significant experience of delivering high quality administrative support in a medium to large organisation. A friendly, yet professional manner is essential, along with the ability to maintain confidentiality, deal with sensitive situations and work cooperatively as part of the wider school office team. You will also possess the ability to prioritise effectively and have a flexible approach to working hours.
