Leyton Sixth Form College offers a wide range of A level and vocational courses to approximately 2,300 full-time 16-19 year old students. We are presently seeking an advisor to join our dedicated Admissions and Advice team. The college has proudly maintained a consistently high level of student admissions over a number of years.  

You will provide guidance to potential students seeking advice for our varied range of courses and entry criteria, and undertake the administration associated with student applications and enrolment. You will also have the opportunity to assist our current students with course changes, timetables and UCAS references.  

You should have excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills. The ability to pay attention to detail, work in a supportive manner and use initiative are equally important to the role.

Leyton Sixth Form College is heavily committed to providing extra-curricular activities for its students. In particular, the college is known for its outstanding sports and drama facilities. The college maintains a number of formal partnerships with London universities, and has rigorous academic standards to best prepare students for life at university, should they choose to go. As part of this commitment, Leyton Sixth Form College also provides an annual higher education fair.
