ADMISSIONS & ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
Salary: NJC Scale 5 £24,030 to £25,809 per annum (Pro rata £22,820 - £24,509)
Hours: 8.00am-4.00pm, Monday to Thursday and 8.00am – 3.45pm on Friday
Part Time: 36 hours per week, 44 weeks per year (Term Time plus PD Days and a further six weeks one of which is to be worked at the end of August)
Or Full Time: 36 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Langley Park School for Girls is seeking to appoint an experienced and dynamic Admissions & Administrative Officer to undertake a diverse role within the Admin Team at LPGS. This busy role involves leading on the school’s admissions procedures, behaviour and pastoral support administration and general admin support including Reception cover.
The successful candidate will be a strong team player and confident user of MS Office (Outlook, Word and Excel etc.), with a positive attitude to working with both students and staff. Being highly organised with effective time management skills is essential in managing this diverse workload, as is attention to detail.
The successful candidate will work in the school office and perform a range of administrative duties to support the school.
