The College has an exciting opportunity for an Admissions and Enrolment Officer to join our ESOL (19+) department, reporting into the Head of the Section on an hourly-paid and ongoing basis.

Due to growth within our ESOL adult provision, there is an exciting opportunity to support and engage with prospective students, with the ambition of studying with our leading Further Education College. You will assist with the transition from applicant to interviewee to acceptance. Your role will also include, switchboard, reception, management of post, finance processing and additional day-to-day administrative responsibilities.

We are looking to bring to our team a friendly, hardworking and motivated individual who has the ability to efficiently process payments and assist with our registration processes. This is an exciting opportunity to join a department who are passionate in inspiring learners to express and reach their true potential.

You must be able to work productively within a busy environment whilst also managing your time effectively to ensure the needs of learners are met. You must also be able to demonstrate strength in character by being an excellent team player and being able to work well under pressure.
