Admissions Assistant

24 hours per week, 40 weeks per year (3 days per week between Monday to Friday)

The role of the Admissions Assistant is vital in developing and maintaining relationships with our customers, from being the first point of contact for families, through to arranging taster sessions for prospective pupils and dealing with essential administration throughout the admissions process. Therefore previous experience in a customer facing role is essential to ensure the complete customer experience is managed professionally and the school brand and values are communicated positively at all times. 

This is a busy and varied role, which will require the successful candidate to have a meticulous eye for detail alongside the ability to meet time pressured deadlines and prioritise their workload. Strong administration, communication and computer skills are essential. Knowledge of good data management practices such as Data Protection and an understanding of the requirement to work discreetly are also key to this role. 

We are keen to hear from candidates with previous experience in a similar role within an Admissions and/or recruitment sales based environment.
