Part-time – 20 to 24 hours per week - all year round (there could be some flexibility with this working pattern)
This is a newly created role to work with our recently appointed Registrar. Your key focus will be to ensure a smooth and personal journey through our admissions process for our prospective families/pupils.
As the Admissions Assistant you will be responsible for the efficient and effective administration process, maintaining detailed records on our database. You will also support the Registrar in organising assessment days and scholarship applications along with other ad-hoc administration tasks.
Therefore, you will:
- Possess a high level of personal organisation and accuracy
- Have good attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with data entry
- Demonstrate excellent relationship-building skills
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently using own initiative and to prioritise own workload
