Role Overview

The Admissions Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and efficient admissions experience. This includes managing the end-to-end admissions process, developing strategic recruitment initiatives, and maintaining accurate student data while upholding the school's ethos and values.

Key Responsibilities

Admissions Management & Strategy

• Oversee the entire admissions process, from inquiry to enrollment.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract prospective families.
• Organize and conduct school tours, open houses, and promotional events.
• Maintain updated admission policies and marketing materials.
• Ensure timely response to inquiries via email, phone, and walk-ins.
• Conduct nursery visits and collaborate with external partners to boost enrollment.

Application Processing & Evaluation

• Review applications, academic records, and supporting documents.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to determine student suitability.
• Communicate admissions decisions to families in a timely manner.
• Track and report on enrollment statistics and admissions trends.

Customer Engagement & Relationship Management

• Provide a welcoming and professional experience to all visitors.
• Ensure parents are informed of assessment results within 24-48 hours.
• Address inquiries, complaints, and concerns with a high level of professionalism.
• Maintain a record of all prospective student inquiries and follow up regularly.

Data & Compliance Management

• Maintain accurate admissions records, student lists, and class vacancies.
• Ensure all student clearance processes are completed before issuing Transfer Certificates.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and ensure adherence to KHDA guidelines.
• Provide detailed reports on admissions data and market trends.

Team & Office Management

• Ensure a professional and organized front office environment.
• Supervise and support front office staff, ensuring continuous coverage.
• Monitor cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
• Contribute to ongoing process improvements for admissions and front desk operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in admissions, student recruitment, or customer relations (preferably in an educational setting).
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to engage, empathize, and build strong relationships with prospective families.
• Experience with CRM systems, admissions platforms, and data management.
• Strong leadership skills to oversee front office and admissions staff.
• Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
