Wellingborough School are seeking an Admissions Manager to lead the Admissions Team in the ongoing recruitment of pupils across all three Schools. To perform this important role, you must possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, be target focused, and committed to representing the school in the most professional manner; whilst providing the highest levels of customer experience.
The ability to empathise with parents and pupils as they progress along the admissions journey, from their first point of contact to their first day at the School is vital.
The creation of beneficial partnerships with local schools and commercial organisations is a core expectation of the role; the successful applicant will work closely with other core functions to ensure that strategic business requirements are met.
Salary: £40,000 per annum
