Applications are welcomed for the position of Admissions Officer. We are looking for a talented and passionate individual to join our Operations Team to support our Admissions Registrar and to manage the admissions for the Little Lodge Nursery.

Main Responsibilities:

·          To provide admissions support to the Arnold Lodge School Admissions Registrar.

·          To take responsibility of the Little Lodge Nursery Admissions.

·          To provide administrative support, excellent customer service, communications and support with pupil recruitment and conversion throughout the admissions journey.

·          Manage the Nursery admissions process from start to finish, taking the family on their application journey from the point of enquiry to becoming a member of the community.

·          Supporting prospective families by providing a timely, approachable and welcoming response ensuring a high level of customer service to pupil admission enquiries via telephone, email, website and in person.

·          Arrange tours with the Nursery Manager and the prospective family at convenient times

·          To provide assistance with the coordination of settling sessions for the prospective pupils

·          Support with admissions focused literature from offer letter through to welcome pack and any other admission focused literature

·          To provide support with preparing all prospective pupil files in anticipation of the pupils start dates

·          Analyse trends in admissions data in relation to applications and offers, declines and acceptances to support future projections and strategy.

·          Ensure accurate records are kept and all pupil, parent contact information and data maintained on the School’s CRM system is up to date and accurate

·          Maintaining all administrative aspects of the admissions and enrolment process for new students and the dissemination of information to staff ahead of a pupils starting.

·          Ensuring the Admission’s Registrar is informed of prospective pupils looking to join Nursery and follow through to Arnold Lodge. Ensure that tours of the school are arranged with the Admissions Registrar to ensure a smooth admissions journey from point of interest.

·          Work with the Admissions registrar and the Little Lodge team to ensure a smooth transition for the pupils and their families coming through from Pre-School to Reception.

·          Support to the school’s Admissions Registrar and act as point of enquiry in the Registrar’s absence during school holidays.

·          Attend and assist with school events relating to student recruitment such as Open Events, Open Morning and other recruitment events.

·          Support the Digital Marketing Officer by capturing engaging content for social media channels.

·          Support the Marketing department with the collation of marketing content for literature, website and social media channels.

General Office Duties:

 ·          To be the first point of contact for all visitors and communication into the school

·          Ensure required sign in procedures are adhered to by all visitors to the Nursery/School

·          Welcome all visitors to the Nursery/school, providing refreshments where required

·          Deal with telephone calls to the school ensuring messages are passed to relevant members of staff in a timely manner

·          A presence at all key Arnold Lodge events

·          Provide administrative support to the school as required

·          To provide cover for other colleagues in the Operations team when required

·          Observe a code of strictest confidentiality at all times

Arnold Lodge is a 4-18 Co-Educational Independent Day School in the heart of Leamington Spa. The school first opened in 1864 and quickly established itself as an exceptional preparatory school. Originally a boys’ school, Arnold Lodge became co-educational in the 1970s and continued to provide an extraordinary education for the girls and boys who attended the school.
