We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join our busy student admissions and enquiries team and help us fully support our students with their applications through to their final award!

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within our Admissions and Enquiries Team, supporting the recruitment of students and providing them with information and advice relating to their application - you will be a crucial individual in supporting students maximise their potential and realise their academic ambitions. Not only will you be advising students, but also process applications through UCEM’s student database, and collaboratively work towards institutional targets.

You will ensure adherence to QAA requirements, the Matrix standard, UCEM Code of Practice, and the requirements of validating and funding bodies. Working in a busy and lively team, you will also contribute to the teams’ continuous improvement ethos by proactively suggesting process improvements, particularly around the conversion of UCEM enquirers and applicants.
