Sackville School is a wonderful, independent school, teaching ages 11-18, set in the Weald of Kent Countryside. We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Admissions Registrar to join our dedicated and hard-working team.
The successful candidate will mange, promote and administer the admissions procedure for the whole School from the initial point of contact through to student arrival. The successful candidate will have a professional and personable manner, be well presented and possess excellent communication and IT skills.
You will be responsible for confidential secretarial, administration and clerical duties relating to all aspects of the Admissions Registrar role including Lettings/Hire of the school property. To ensure that parents, pupils, visitors, staff and third parties receive a personalised and professional service.
You will have knowledge in managing the admissions process from start to finish providing an outstanding experience for current and prospective parents. This role will require a high level of attention to detail and the ability to communicate with a large number of stakeholders.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, all year round.
