Job overview

Can you recruit high-achieving students whilst being a brand ambassador?

As an Admissions Registrar with Marketing Responsibilities, you’ll play a vital role in promoting the Ealing Independent College brand and tailor the needs of individual parents and students in order to sell the college to prospective families.

The successful applicant will be able to plan ahead, have excellent interpersonal skills and experience working with ISAMs, although this isn't essential. The post would suit someone with knowledge of the independent education sector.

Who we are looking for:

• A natural conversationalist with excellent communications skills.

• Highly skilled in organisation and planning.

• Positive attitudes to developing relationships with colleagues and stakeholders

• Exceptional customer service skills, applied in a customer facing environment

• A proactive mind-set with immaculate attention to detail

Be part of a top 5 UK College:

Ealing Independent College focuses on bringing out the best in students by providing a supportive environment where students are challenged academically and monitored closely in a pastoral sense. Positive relationships are at the heart of everything we do, whether between students, staff or parents, and we are looking for someone who shares this ethos.

Though A Level comprises the majority of the student body, our GCSE cohort (Year 9, 10 and 11) is expanding, with an additional group of students following an intensive GCSE course over one year. Class sizes are small, with 6-12 students in a group, enabling staff to differentiate effectively and teach the individual, whilst having the time to provide a high standard of specific feedback which can make a measurable difference to student performance in a short period of time.

The post is a full time permanent position with a salary of £30,000 per annum.  We offer 25 days holiday per year (to be taken during college holidays) plus bank holidays.  The hours of work would be 9am to 6pm with a total of 1 hour for breaks each day.

Early applications are encouraged, outstanding candidates will be called for interview prior to the closing date.

Closing date:          Friday 21st February 2020 at 12pm
