Job overview

We are looking for an admissions support in our in Sant Cugat. The candidate will be based in Sant Cugat and Sant Esteve Sesrovires. 

The candidate will: 

· Planning, organising, developing and supervising all the admissions functions of the center and ensuring that the entire process is properly coordinated and carring out in compliance with the policies and procedures

·  Solving customers claims 

· Customer support. 

· Institutional contact for business.

· Helping recruitment team in the registration process.

· Developing the following actions:

o Telephone information to potentially interested families, and follow up on requests for information online.

o Contacts and control telephone contacts from online information requests

o Management of the agenda of admissions and tests of the students.

o Management of internal applications: Commercial Management

o Guided visit to facilities according to stage

o Maintenance and follow-up order and welcome packet as control of the state of the visiting room.

· Tracking of the expert students from their initial contact to enrollment.

· Contact with RRSS managers and website for updating and maintenance.

· Direct dependence of the director of the center and functional with the director of Adm & Mkt

· Event organization:

o Communication and BBDD

o Meetings of former students

o Educational Innovation Conference.

o Parent meetings

· Collaboration with administration in specific support that is requested.
