Itchen College is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Adult and Community Tutor to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality education across a variety of adult and community courses, helping learners across Hampshire, reach their full potential through innovative and engaging teaching. We are specifically looking for tutors who are willing and able to work in Havant, Fareham, Gosport, Basingstoke and Andover.
As an Adult and Community Tutor, you will be responsible for providing high quality teaching, instruction, and assessment to learners of all levels. You will prepare and deliver course materials designed to inspire and motivate students, encourage independent learning, and ensure that all learners have a safe, supportive, and inclusive educational experience.
We are looking for someone who is not only passionate about education but also committed to supporting learners from all walks of life. You will need strong organisational and communication skills, and the ability to motivate students to achieve their personal best.
