Being the largest national provider of Offender Learning in the UK, NOVUS is currently seeking an Advanced Practitioner to join a strong team that coaches teachers who work at our London establishments.

The purpose of this role is to raise the standards of teaching and learning by providing support and coaching to individual teachers, enabling them to quickly improve specific aspects of teaching, learning and assessment. You will also provide advice, guidance and coaching to groups of teachers on particular aspects of best practice in teaching and learning.

Applicants must have a recognised teaching qualification, 3 years teaching experience and a proven track record of good or better teaching.
