After School Club Assistant

We invite applications for the position of after school club assistant. We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed person to care for and supervise our children in our after school club.

For this position you will need to:

• Establish positive working relationships with children and staff.

• Enjoy working with children.

• Act as a positive role model.

• Organise play activities and communicate with children in the 4 to 11 years age group.

• Deliver high quality childcare to our children.

• Be able to work as part of a team.

We welcome applications from school and college leavers who have an interest in starting a career in childcare.

Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 3.30pm - 6.00pm and Friday 3.30pm – 5.30pm (12 hours per week). Pay scale – A1

Closing date: Tuesday 28 June 2022 1.00pm

Interview date: Monday 4 July 2022
