After School Club Leader

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed candidate to take shared responsibility for the efficient and safe running of the after school club offered by the school.

Contract Hours:12.5 hours per week, Term Time only, Temporary contract expected to run until 31st July 2017.
Work Pattern: 3:00pm-5:30pm
Salary: £5,285 - £5,588 per annum inclusive of Outer London Weighting, Academy Scale 3
Location: Hayes
Start Date: As soon as possible

Lake Farm Park Academy is a new three-form entry nursery and primary academy with an SRP for 12 children with ASD. It serves the children and families of the richly diverse and welcoming community of Hayes in West London. Each year the academy will expand by a single year group until in 2020 it becomes the educational home to over 700 children.

The academy is part of The Park Federation Academy Trust, allowing us to benefit from a wealth of expertise across our six academies, as well as enabling us to provide opportunities for sharing of good practice and high quality training.

Experience of working with children is essential and a Level 3 NVQ qualification (or equivalent) is highly desirable. Experience of working in a similar role is desirable, but we would also welcome applications from candidates who have not had experience in this role.

The ideal candidates will be self-motivated and be able to work from their own initiative. They will need to take direction from other members of school staff where appropriate.
