We are seeking to appoint an experienced, professional Receptionist/Administrator to provide organisational and administrative support throughout the year. As the first point of contact for parents, students and others, the main function of this role is to welcome visitors to the school and to answer incoming telephone calls, providing a welcoming first impression of our school. 

Ideally this position will be suited to a highly organised individual who is friendly and versatile, this is a busy role and varied by way of the nature of queries. A high level of customer service is required and the ability to adapt to constantly changing priorities in our vibrant school community.

The working hours will be Monday to Thursday 12.30 pm to 5.30 pm and 12.30 pm to 5.00 pm on Fridays, totalling 24.5 hours per week throughout the year.  Out of term time hours will be Monday to Thursday 9.00 am – 2.00 pm, Friday 9.00 – 1.30 pm.
