A new exciting opportunity has arisen for an Agricultural Engineer Tutor Assessor to join a dynamic and busy team who, working closely with employers, seek to maximise apprentices’ potential by developing their skills in the workplace. REASEHEATH TRAINING offers Apprenticeships in a range of sectors and levels to match the career aspirations of learners interested in Agriculture, Animal Care, Construction Plant, Horticulture, Food, Construction, Equine, Engineering and much more.

Reaseheath Training is the work-based learning arm of Reaseheath College and is seeking to appoint a new travelling Tutor Assessor to the Apprenticeship Team to support, tutor and assess a caseload of apprentices at levels 2 and 3 working in the Agricultural Engineering sector. 

Our expectation is that the successful applicant will be highly motivated, promote high timely success rates of apprenticeship Standards and join a successful Apprenticeship Team. You will need to demonstrate evidence of working in the Agricultural Engineering industry and have qualifications in that area at level 3 or above. As part of this role, the expectation is that you will travel the UK to visit the apprentices and their workplace. The purpose of this role is to ensure a high-quality and relevant learning experience for all apprentices. 

In addition, you will ideally possess GCSE Maths & English Grade C or above and have experience of MS Office applications. You will also have an Assessor Awards (TAQA) and a teaching qualification or a willingness to achieve these in a specified time.
