Approximately 2 hours per week initially
Loughborough Schools Music are seeking to appoint an experienced and qualified Alexander technique Teacher for small group sessions with our Music Scholars, with an additional opportunity for some 1:1 lessons as well.
The Alexander technique teaches improved posture and movement, which is believed to help reduce and prevent problems caused by unhelpful habits. The aim of the technique is to help you "unlearn" these bad habits and achieve a balanced, more naturally aligned body.
