This key role manages an exciting and developing array of events and activities focused on strengthening the school’s relationship with past students. The post will appeal to applicants who are familiar with alumnae relations in an education environment and wish to build on their existing experience. This is a fixed-term, maternity cover post. 

Joining a dynamic development office which encompasses an active fundraising programme, the appointed candidate will be responsible for all aspects of alumnae events and related activities including:

• organising and attending reunions, lectures and networking opportunities in the UK and abroad

• producing and distributing high quality communications and publications

• engaging with ‘Old Paulinas’ (OPs) via social media networks

• growing a network of OP mentors

• supporting OP volunteers based regionally and overseas.

Applicants should be educated to degree level and have a background in alumnae relations, events management, fundraising or marketing.  You must enjoy meeting people, have excellent standards of communication and possess confident interpersonal skills.  You will have a highly organised and proactive approach to work and be competent in IT, including familiarity with a range of social media tools.  Flexibility to work occasional weekends and evenings is essential.
