Whitgift is a leading independent day and boarding school for boys, with approximately 1500 pupils including over one hundred boarding pupils and flexi boarding pupils.  It is set in an attractive 48-acre parkland site in South Croydon enjoying excellent links to London, Surrey and the south coast.

We are seeking to appoint an Alumni Relations Coordinator who will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the School in relation to its alumni.  In particular, he/she will be expected to increase the opportunities for alumni to engage with the School and maintain an up to date database of all the School’s alumni.

The successful applicant will have proven office, communications and organisational skills.  He/she should be computer literate and have knowledge of current IT systems including database management and website maintenance.  Familiarity with sales/marketing/media relations techniques and experience of event management and membership-based organisations would be an advantage. Excellent inter-personal relationship skills (customer service) and a self-starter are essential.
