Annual Review Coordinator
£23,695 pa – 36.5 hours per week, full year contract
We are looking to recruit an Annual Review Coordinator to manage and coordinate all Annual Reviews and Review of Contracts meetings for School and College students. This will include liaising with the Admissions team, Funding and Contracts Manager and Deputy Manager, MDTs, Transition team and external stakeholders. The role will be supported by a team of administrators.
The successful post holder will ensure high quality and externally ready Annual Review reports are sent to external stakeholders, including parents/guardians, within legal timeframes. Attention to detail is essential for this role.
Applicants must have the ability to communicate with individuals of all levels and have excellent communication and organisational skills. Working with highly sensitive and confidential information, your total discretion will be required to perform in this role effectively. A good understanding of educational statements would be advantageous.
The successful applicant must have good general education to GCSE level or equivalent. The applicant must have excellent IT skills including significant experience with MS Office and understanding of database and CRM principals.
