The Governing Body are now seeking an exceptional leader to succeed Colin Baty after six years of excellent service. This is an exciting opportunity to build on Great Walstead’s considerable existing strengths, developing and delivering a new vision which will ensure the School continues to flourish in a rapidly changing educational landscape.
The successful candidate will be an experienced, strategic leader with the initiative, vision and energy to steer Great Walstead into the next exciting phase of its development. Warm, imaginative and reflective, the next Head will be a compelling ambassador for the School in a competitive market, inspiring pupils, parents, staff and others across the Great Walstead community to even greater success. A strong track record of successful senior leadership is essential, as is a genuine and personal commitment to the Christian ethos and foundation of the School.
