Apprenticeships @ Salford City College are seeking two dynamic and motivated Apprentice and Employer Advisors to become an essential part of our successful apprenticeship recruitment and business development team.  The role will combine a business development and recruitment function, with the successful candidates supporting current and finding new clients with all apprenticeship and talent requirements. You must have the ability to work under pressure, multi-task and be able to focus on providing the highest quality of recruitment service.   The right candidate will have experience of the apprenticeship sector, be capable of outstanding business development and have a flair for fast paced recruitment activity.  The apprenticeship team is currently in period of sustained growth and this role will play a key role in maintaining this.   Working closely with the team leader, you will creative innovative and successful business development and recruitment strategies, as well as delivering outstanding account management services to current and new clients.
