Job overview

You will be working in the MIS Team undertaking general office duties; primarily supporting the timely claiming of apprenticeship frameworks and standards but also including dealing with telephone enquiries, data entry, maintaining filing systems and databases. You will be trained in various aspects of administration duties while studying towards a Level 3 Business Admin Standard apprentice qualification consisting of functional skills in Maths & English if not already achieved. You will need a minimum of 4 GCSEs at grades 4-9 or equivalent, have excellent customer care skills, be willing to work as part of a team and be able to plan and prioritise your work load.
