DCG are looking to appoint an Apprentice Progress Coach based at Rolls Royce, Derby who can work with our Rolls-Royce Apprentices/Assessors/Lecturers/Rolls Royce personnel and Employers to ensure timely reviews are completed.  To monitor Apprentices performance against set KPIs throughout their programme. 

To motivate and inspire all Apprentices, giving high quality advice, guidance and coaching to progress them through their Apprenticeship programme.

You will have good interpersonal skills, be comfortable working with all types of Students/Employers and Rolls Royce personnel.  Experience of supporting individuals in challenging circumstances, knowledge of Information, Advice and Guidance and target setting, with an  ability to work under pressure as well as have good IT skills to update all records and a good understanding of inclusion needs.

Derby College is a large general further education college with four sites in or near the city of Derby. It supports around 26,000 learners, who choose from more than 1,000 full-time and part-time apprenticeship, A-level, BTEC and NVQ courses.   

Derby College was established as a single institution in 2002 by merging three further education colleges: Mackworth Tertiary College, Wilmorton Tertiary College and Broomfield Agricultural College. A merger between South East Derbyshire College and Derby College was approved in 2010. Heavy investment has been made by the college in its teaching and learning facilities, from the fully equipped teaching kitchens at the Roundhouse campus to the high-tech science labs at the Joseph Wright Centre and the Equestrian Centre at the Broomfield Hall campus.
