LAT Apprenticeships formed in 2020 as an employer provider of excellent quality apprenticeships is part of Leigh Academies Trust, formed in 2019 as an employer provider, delivering to both internal staff and external organisations across Kent and South-East London.


Due to the growth of the business, we are currently looking for an experienced Apprenticeship Assessor to support learners who are engaged in Business Administration apprenticeships.


Assessors will coach, mentor, and guide learners who are engaged in the Business Administration apprenticeship program, which is delivered via blended learning. You will manage a caseload of up to 45 learners, predominately e-learning with some face to face delivery.


The successful candidate will be reliable, self-disciplined and remain calm under pressure. They will be self-motivated, organised, adaptable and have an eye for detail. We are looking for an assessor with ability to bring their own innovative ideas and training/assessing experience to an open and forward-thinking business


They will join a friendly, supportive ‘learning’ organisation and enjoy developing their own ideas to achieve the business plan goals.


As a qualified and experienced Apprenticeship Assessor/Coach you can expect:

There may be a requirement to travel up to 30-mile radius in this role, covering Kent and South-East London.

This is a permanent position offering a salary of circa £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience. We can consider applications from those that are looking for full time or part time work.
