Derby College are looking to recruit an innovative and enthusiastic professional to lead our Apprenticeship Customer Care Team. You will monitor and manage all aspect of the Apprenticeship Customer Support Service and ensure that apprentices, employers and delivery areas receive a consistently high level of service. You will be responsible for ensuring that the apprenticeship process is a positive experience for all our customers and that all funding objectives are maximised.
The successful candidate will work as, and lead a busy team and will build relationships and strong partnerships both internally and externally. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and will deliver an outstanding customer service.
