About the role

The Fashion Retail Academy are currently in a new phase of growth and we have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and resourceful induvial to fill our Apprenticeship Manager vacancy and help shape the delivery of our Apprenticeship offering.


A summary of what’s involved:

  • Lead in scaling up a quality apprenticeships provision that is relevant to industry
  • Proactively ensuring compliance and continuous quality improvement is in place to enhance client and learner experience
  • Stay well-informed with employer needs and industry changes to proactively respond where needed
  • Support and line manage programme managers, tutors and support staff 

 

About you

  • You’re a customer centric individual with an excellent eye for detail.
  • Possess strong organisation and excellent communication skills.
  • You hold previous experience of working in an administrative role within education setting or similar.
  • Previous experience working on the operational delivery of an apprenticeship strategy or similar.
  • A solid understanding of the education sector and industry landscape including the wide range of challenges impacting industry and apprenticeships.
