We are currently seeking a talented and committed Art & Design Teacher to join our Mokotów team. The successful candidate will teach across IGCSE, A-Level, and the IB Diploma Programme, nurturing students’ artistic voice and technical skill in a supportive and internationally minded school environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver outstanding lessons in Art & Design to KS4 and KS5 (IGCSE, A-Level, IB DP)
- Guide students in developing strong portfolios and final exhibition work for external assessments
- Inspire creativity, visual communication, and critical thinking through a variety of media
- Differentiate instruction to support all learners, including EAL students
- Collaborate with staff on curriculum development and cross-curricular initiatives
- Organise and participate in art exhibitions, events, and school enrichment opportunities
- Monitor student progress and provide effective assessment and feedback
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
- A degree in Art, Visual Arts, or related field
- A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, SCITT, QTS or equivalent)
- Experience teaching Art at IGCSE and A-Level or IB Diploma Programme
- Strong understanding of assessment frameworks for Cambridge and/or IB
- Excellent spoken and written English (C2 level or IELTS 8.5)
- A commitment to safeguarding and to the school’s international ethos
Desirable:
- Experience working in an international school setting
- Experience supporting EAL learners
- Familiarity with digital design tools and contemporary art practices
- Willingness to contribute to wider school life
- Due to the current time and travel restrictions required during the immigration process in Poland, candidates with EU citizenship permanent residency or passports are highly desirable.
