With an excellent reputation for providing Art and Design courses gained over the last decade, BACA’s students successfully progress to high profile universities in the UK and more recently to the USA, to continue their art and design studies at undergraduate level.
Students at BACA work in modern, well equipped studios and workshops, developing a range of skills introducing them to the field of art & design (Painting, Photography, graphic communication, ceramic and textiles). All teaching is in English.
Our international team of staff, including well known guest lecturers, many of whom are practicing creatives, is renowned for its nurturing approach in offering students a broad, holistic, creative educational experience. Each teacher is assigned a maximum of 15 students to ensure quality of teaching. Our alumni works worldwide in the creative industries.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and inspirational teacher to support our growth, with a Degree in an Art & Design related discipline, a teaching qualification and experience of working on BTEC and A level courses in Art & Design, to teach a range of art & design disciplines, depending on their expertise, to our mainly post 15 year old students.

Our school is recognized as a trusted provider of well-prepared students by the Ual, Westminster and other leading art& design colleges in the UK.
Students at BACA work in modern, well equipped studios and workshops, developing individual skills according to their chosen pathway (including opportunities in digital arts, fashion, textiles, jewellery, print, film, fine art, etc.) All teaching is in English with all teaching staff being from Europe. All our courses are accredited by Pearson’s and BTEC.
Our site is located in the heart of Beijing in the cultural district of Dong Cheng just next to the Lama temple, an area which is a short cycle or subway ride to the Sanlitun expat area of Beijing. With the recent directives to transform Beijing from an industrial centre to a cultural one, the air pollution has dramatically been reduced.
Many teachers joining BACA have taken advantage of Beijing’s location to explore south-east Asia locations during half term.
