Art and Graphics Teacher

The Norwood School is a Visual and Performing Arts specialist school that successfully delivers a broad, engaging and exciting curriculum.  We nurture young people to be culturally aware, curious and opinionated about the arts and able to make connections with the world around them, both confidently and imaginatively.

We are seeking to appoint a highly skilled, passionate and dynamic teacher of Visual Arts with an Arts and/or Graphics specialism that can inspire, challenge and motivate young people.  The successful candidate needs to have a flexible skill set that in addition to their subject specialism has ability to teach across a range of disciplines in both Art and Technology at KS3-5. This will include at least two of the following: Textiles, Fine Art, Photography, Product and/or Graphic Design.

The Visual Arts Faculty at Norwood is highly successful and is underpinned by contemporary practice and connections with local artists and creative industries. Experience of professional practice is beneficial but not a requirement.
