Do you have a genuine passion for being creative and working with young people? Art and Technology Technician wanted to support the Faculty. We are looking for someone with experience and an interest in Art, Craft and Design who would enjoy working with our vibrant team and inspire our amazing students.

Our school is a successful inner city community school. We are a warm, energetic and enthusiastic team – with a very strong emphasis on creativity and collaboration.

We are looking for professionals with:

  • Experience and ability in the creative subjects
  • Strong organisation and resourcefulness
  • Good administration skills to support faculty staff 
  • High expectations of student attainment and behaviour
  • ICT competencies in Microsoft word, Power Point and Internet. Preferably Photoshop and Publisher
  • Motivation and passion and willingness to take further professional development
  • The ability to work as part of a team

About the school

Langdon Park School has served the community for well over 100 years. We enjoy a large campus comprised of both original Victorian buildings and state of the art new builds. Spotlight youth service share part of our site and we have access to a range of additional services and provisions as a result of this. The local community is tight knit, hugely supportive of the school and where the vast majority of our students live. Significant plans to redevelop the local area are in place; this is an exciting time to join the LPS community

Langdon Park School is easily accessible from all parts of London and the south east. We have a DLR station outside the main reception: we are 20 mins away from central London. We have staff parking for those that require it.
