About Northfields International School

From its small beginnings in 2001 with just 9 students, Northfields has grown to more than 600 students today providing an English medium education for children aged between 18 months and 18 years.

Northfields is well known for its traditional values, family atmosphere and sustained emphasis on the holistic development of each pupil. The School offers internationally recognised educational programmes and qualifications for Montessori, Cambridge and IB. Presently, the curriculum progression in the school begins with Montessori methods following English and Cambridge curriculum guidelines from Pre-Nursery through Year 4.

Then Years 5 and 6 serve as transition years to the High School, where students follow the 5-year IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) in Years 7-11, with provision for students to sit Cambridge IGCSE examinations at the end of Year 11.  Students in Sixth Form then follow the 2-year IB Diploma Programme (DP).
