Salary: £8,741.98 per annum – (pro rata of £18,039 per annum)
We require a Technician to assist the Art and Design team in a variety of areas to maintain the efficient running of the department. Knowledge of painting, print making and 3D would be an advantage, but is not essential.
This post requires an organised and flexible person, preferably with some previous experience in a similar environment. The person appointed will have good practical and organisational skills and be able to work as part of a team in a large and busy department.

The Sixth Form College Colchester is a non-denominational, mixed sixth-form college for around 3,200 students aged 16 and older. It was founded in 1987 and is located on the site of a former school. The old building at the college dates back to 1912.
In 2011, the Sixth Form College Colchester opened a new language centre; a series of new buildings, including a performing arts centre, have been added in recent years. Among its alumni are television presenter Dermot O’Leary and Blur frontman Damon Albarn.
