ARTS, EVENTS AND FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to manage and develop the front of house team including the two receptionists and the Arts, Events and Conferences co-ordinator, ensuring the College and Trust are represented positively to internal and external stakeholders and visitors.
The successful candidate will work at SVC and maintain and further develop a sustainable arts infrastructure within the parishes served by Swavesey Village College and Northstowe Secondary College.
The Arts role involves strategic planning, co-ordination and implementation of an arts development strategy, project development and the marketing and publicity of arts events. Some evening and weekend work will be required.
Hours of work are 37 hours per week term time only plus 4 additional weeks.
Salary is scale 6 point 26-28 depending upon experience.
This is a permanent appointment.
Actual salary would be £21,887 to £23,352 per annum.
