Bridgwater College Academy is seeking to appoint a skilled HLTA, ideally with experience and knowledge of working with students who have autism. Have a desire to understand the needs of students with autism and support them in an educational environment

Be able to build and develop trusting, professional relationships with students and staff.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the recently expanded ASC base at our inclusive academy.

Visits to the Polden Centre and BCA are encouraged.
