Vision for Education are actively recruiting for an experienced SEN trained Teacher who is confident working with Key Stages 3 and 4 students who are on varying levels of the Autistic spectrum.       

Personality and creativity are required attributes whilst maintaining a calm, patient, empathetic but resilient manor is also necessary to achieve progress with the students.

This is an extremely rewarding role that could suit an experienced but adaptable Secondary Teacher or perhaps an NQT who has at least 1 years’ experience working with ASC. This is a full time / long term vacancy based in the Newcastle area and has the potential to run on until the end of the academic year.

  • Applicants must hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
  • Applicants must hold or be willing to process a current DBS (Children and Vulnerable Adults) and it be registered on the online update service.
  • Applicants must be available 5 days a week and be able to work in the Newcastle upon Tyne area.
  • Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and meet all national safeguarding criteria.
