We are looking for lead teachers in the core subjects of English, Maths, Science and Humanities to drive the curriculum and pedagogy forward in each faculty.  You will be part of our leaders of learning team whose aim is to develop ‘great’ teaching and learning throughout our school.  You will support senior leaders and teachers in ensuring that our students, who deserve the very best, fulfill their potential so that they are well prepared for their future.  You will be a talented teacher with a track record in being able to raise standards in learning and teaching and facilitating student progress.

You will coach and motivate teachers to improve practice and you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of staff who are committed to change and open to new thinking.  This is your chance to become part of a team of leaders in a Trust which will give you the go-ahead to step up and lead and the aptitude to become a senior leader in the future.

Headteacher - Alison Gallagher

Foxford Community School joined the Castle Phoenix Trust in October 2018, who are committed to supporting the vision and values of the new headteacher. Foxford is a co-educational maintained secondary school situated in Longford, Coventry. The school is for students aged 11-18 and features a sixth form with capacity for 200 students.

The new headteacher started at Foxford in October 2020 including new recruits to her leadership team. They are passionate about ensuring all students have a good education. At Foxford we are extremely proud of our school and our students which study here. Students develop into confident young adults who are committed to preparing for their future career and study choices. Foxford is an inclusive school that focuses on the serious business of achievement for all students.
