Orchard Hill College is an Outstanding Specialist College (Ofsted, November 2019) offering life-changing learning opportunities to young people and adults with a range of special education needs and/or disabilities. We have eight vibrant community based College Centres across London and Surrey where committed, specialist teams deliver a range of programmes to meet the needs of over 400 students.

We are looking for an organised and effective communicator to work in our Assessments and Placements team. The successful candidate will co-ordinate the gathering of initial assessment information for our students, including the monitoring all information at application/consultation stage. You will arrange assessments and process through to potential offer of placement as well as arrange visits for key staff to home / schools.  You will support the team to construct timetables for all college sites and collate confidential paperwork for a variety of purposes. 

The right person for this job will have experience of working within a team, be flexible and able to liaise effectively with a range of people. Strong planning and organisational skills will be essential. Knowledge of working within an admissions environment is desirable but not essential.
